TECHNICAL FEATURES
Structure: The structural system is considered as single or double variable inertia hyper-static frames, embedded in foundations.
These frames are manufactured from 3 mm. cold-formed sheet using top quality materials, with a maximum internal reinforcement fold.
For the design, calculation and execution the M.V. norms of the Ministry of Housing have been considered, as well as the current official norms NTE, EH and EC, with their corresponding safety coefficients and the control levels of steel execution.
Roof: The roof is manufactured in Sendzimir galvanized steel sheet, with a trapezoidal section and 0.6 mm. thickness, which is fixed to rectangular tube belts by means of self-drilling screws with their corresponding neoprene washers that guarantee watertightness. Upon request, different types of covers can be supplied, such as: pre-stressed sheet metal (various colors), aluminium, polyester, etc.
Sides: The sides are made of galvanized steel plate of 0.6 mm. thickness, which are fixed to the terminals of the different groups in order to hide the ends of the straps and give the parking lot a better appearance.
Assembly: If this parking system is conceived as an industrialized construction, the assembly becomes a simple "MECHANISM" where all the pieces are screwed together, there are no elements to be welded. For this reason, the assembly, being traditional, enjoys the advantages of being all planned.
Extensions: Due to their geometrical and modular design, VEMSA parking lots can be easily extended with additional modules as required. Likewise, they can be easily disassembled and reassembled with the same parts in any other place.
Foundations: VEMSA will supply the anchoring and levelling plates with their corresponding 18 mm. threaded rods, in order to make the corresponding foundation on the ground.
